As a Director of a ltd company, there several responsibilities that you must consider. The main ones being to submit your annual accounts and Corporation tax calculation and payment 9months after your year end.
Payroll including RTI Submission
We can manage you Payroll function in-house. We currently look after 60 client’s payroll function varying from 1 employee to 50 employees per company.
HMRC returns including VAT, CIS and Intrastat
Submitting your VAT/CIS and intrastate returns are vitally important. If these are not done in time, then you could be fined.
Manage your Purchase and Sales Ledgers, including Credit Control and Payment runs
Day to day management of your Purchase and Sales Ledger, so you have a real time snapshot of who owes you money, and who you own money to. With our assistance on the credit control, we can make sure that you are collecting your cash as soon as possible, and within your agreed payment terms.
